From Chapter 6:9-20 on the study of the Book of Hebrews (אֶל־הָעִבְרִים), brother Gideon Levytam relays the encouragement that the Hebrew author gives to his brethren. The Hebrews, as are all believers in Jesus the Messiah, are called to live their lives by doing things that accompany their salvation. God who is righteous, will not forget any good work, or any labour of love, done by His people. God made a promise to our father Abraham, swearing by Himself and saying, surely in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thee. Therefore, every believer who flees for refuge to Yeshua the Messiah, is called to lay hold of the hope that is set before him, because this hope is sure and is an anchor for the soul. Yeshua /Jesus our forerunner, has already entered into heaven, becoming our high priest for ever, after the order of Melchizedek.
